Service Agreement

Effective Date: January 1, 2026

This Service Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into between V/Clean LLC. ("V/Clean," "we," "us," or "our") and the client ("Client," "you," or "your") for the provision of cleaning services. By booking, scheduling, or receiving services from V/Clean, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Scope of Services

V/Clean agrees to provide residential and/or commercial cleaning services as discussed and agreed upon prior to the scheduled service (the "Cleaning Route"). Any services requested outside of the agreed Cleaning Route are considered additional services and may be subject to additional fees.

Requests for additional work, including but not limited to add-ons, must be made no later than the beginning of your scheduled cleaning. Requests made after this time are not guaranteed and may result in additional charges.

Scheduling, Cancellations & Rescheduling

Please be considerate when cancelling or rescheduling a cleaning service.

  • A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a service without penalty.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service will be charged in full.

Lockouts

  • A $75 lockout fee will be charged if our team is unable to access the property at the scheduled time.

  • V/Clean confirms scheduled cleanings in advance in order to help prevent lockouts.

Payments & Billing

  • Payment is due the day of service at the end of your cleaning.

  • Late payments are not accepted.

  • Accepted forms of payment include:

    • Credit Card

    • Apple Pay

    • Business Venmo

    • Gift Card (with prior purchase confirmed)

Failure to provide payment as required may result in suspension or termination of services.

Pricing & Rate Adjustments

  • Rates may increase periodically due to inflation or operational costs.

  • Clients will be notified of any rate increase in advance of their next scheduled service.

  • Tips are never expected; however, gratuity is always appreciated.

Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to:

  • Provide safe and timely access to the service location

  • Ensure utilities (water, electricity) are available as needed

  • Secure or remove fragile, valuable, or sensitive items

  • Disclose any hazards, aggressive pets, or special instructions prior to service

Safety & Conduct

V/Clean maintains a zero-tolerance policy for harassment, threats, or unsafe working conditions. If at any time a cleaner feels threatened, harassed, or unsafe, V/Clean reserves the right to immediately terminate services. In such cases, the Client will be responsible for the full price of the scheduled cleaning service.

Satisfaction Guarantee

V/Clean does not offer discounts under any circumstance.

If you are not satisfied with your cleaning:

  • Please do not clean or alter the area you believe is unsatisfactory

  • Contact V/Clean immediately

We will return to address the issue at no additional cost, provided the concern is reported within a reasonable timeframe after service.

Limitation of Liability

V/Clean is not responsible for damage resulting from pre-existing conditions, normal wear and tear, improper installation, or items not disclosed prior to service.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, V/Clean’s liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Termination of Agreement

Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time. Termination does not relieve the Client of payment obligations for services already rendered or fees incurred under this Agreement.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York.

Acceptance of Agreement

By scheduling, booking, or receiving services from V/Clean, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Cleaning Services Agreement.
