These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website www.vcleanroc.com (the "Site") and any services provided by V/Clean LLC. ("V/Clean," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing this Site, requesting services, or making payments, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Services

V/Clean provides commercial and residential cleaning services, supply management, and related services as described on the Site. All services are subject to availability, location, and scheduling confirmation.

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service at our discretion, including for safety, non-payment, or misuse of services.

Quotes, Scheduling & Changes

Quotes provided through the Site or other communication channels are estimates based on the information provided.
Final pricing may vary depending on the size, condition, scope, or frequency of services.
Scheduling is confirmed upon mutual agreement.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Please be considerate when cancelling or rescheduling a cleaning service. We require at least 48 hours’ notice to avoid cancellation fees.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service will be charged in full.
Lockouts are charged a $75 fee. We confirm scheduled cleanings prior to service to help prevent lockouts.

Payments & Billing

Payment is due the day of service at the end of your cleaning.
Late payments are not accepted.
Accepted payment methods include Credit Card, Apple Pay, Business Venmo, or Gift Card (with prior purchase confirmed).
Online payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors. V/Clean does not store full payment card details.

Pricing & Rates

Rates may increase periodically due to inflation or operational costs.
Clients will be notified of any price increase in advance of their next scheduled service.
Tips are never expected; however, gratuity is always appreciated.

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

Provide safe access to the service location
Secure or remove fragile, valuable, or sensitive items
Inform V/Clean of any hazards, special instructions, or restricted areas

Requests for work outside of the agreed cleaning scope or route must be made no later than the beginning of the scheduled cleaning. Requests made after this time—including add-ons—may be subject to additional fees.

V/Clean reserves the right to terminate services immediately if a cleaner feels threatened, unsafe, or harassed in any way. In such cases, the client will be responsible for the full price of the cleaning service.

V/Clean is not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, improper installation, or failure to disclose relevant information.

Satisfaction & Service Issues

We do not discount cleanings under any circumstance.

If you are not satisfied with a cleaning, please do not clean or alter the area you believe is unsatisfactory. Instead, contact us immediately. We will return to address the issue at no additional cost, provided the concern is reported within a reasonable timeframe after service.

Cancellations & Termination

We reserve the right to cancel or terminate services:

For non-payment
For unsafe or unsanitary working conditions
For repeated last-minute cancellations
For violation of these Terms

Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of V/Clean or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

Website Use

You agree not to:

Use the Site for unlawful purposes
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data
Interfere with Site functionality or security

We may suspend or restrict access to the Site for violations of these Terms.

Third-Party Services & Links

The Site may include links to third-party websites or services. V/Clean is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third parties.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, V/Clean shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Site or services.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless V/Clean from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.
